Hallee Hirsh from the Speak movie would make an excellent Hannah, she was the first person I thought of when I saw the cover!
I think for sure this should be made into a movie, and I don't care who plays who, all I know is it was the best book ever and I'd definitely go to see the movie. Buty I wouldn't mind a hott guy playing Clay Jensen, like Zac Efron :)
